Firearms
Complete rifles ship only to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) in your state. At checkout, enter the name and contact of your chosen FFL. We contact them for a copy of their license before we ship. Your FFL completes the transfer paperwork and background check and may charge a transfer fee; that fee is between you and your FFL.
Rifles ship in 3 to 4 weeks by UPS Ground, adult signature required, once your FFL's license is confirmed. We do not ship rifles to states or localities where the product is prohibited. If you are unsure, check with your FFL before ordering.
Barrel kits, upper assemblies and the MBZ Barrel Adapter
These are not firearms under federal law and ship directly to your address. Orders ship in 3 to 4 weeks by UPS Ground. Some states restrict certain parts; you are responsible for knowing the laws where you live.
Shipping cost
Flat rate of $30 per rifle. Barrel kits and parts: calculated at checkout. Free shipping on rifle bundles. We ship to the 48 contiguous states. No international shipping.
Returns
Rifles. Once a rifle has been transferred to you by your FFL, it cannot be returned. Inspect the rifle at your FFL before completing the transfer. If it is not what you ordered or arrived damaged, refuse the transfer and contact us; we take it back and make it right.
Barrel kits, upper assemblies and adapters. Returnable within 30 days of delivery if unused, uninstalled and in original packaging. Contact us first for a return authorization. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or we made the mistake. A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt.
Cancellations. Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Custom finishes and special orders cannot be cancelled once work has started.
Warranty
Every MBZ product is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for life. Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We repair or replace at our discretion. Normal wear, misuse and unauthorized modification are not covered.
